How do you use mass actions in schedules?

In order to be more efficient in your scheduling process, it helps to be able to modify more than one shift at a time by following these easy steps!

In the schedules tab, click the dotted square icon next to the search symbol to activate the selection mode. Now you’ll be able to click and drag to select the shifts you wish to modify. You can also do this by holding down the control button and individually selecting various time blocks.

From there you can choose how to alter your mass selection in one click. You can save it as a template, copy and paste it to another week, or even reconvert them to an open shift or draft.

At the end of the day, this function helps employers save time and be more proactive while using Evolia.
