An operator with more than 15 years in business management, Max Trudel has launched and run several companies and strategy agencies, where he advised the leaders of successful businesses on how to organize their operations, sales and business models before taking part in founding Evolia in 2016.

A manager who cares deeply about his teams’ success, he works with Evolia’s clients day to day on frontline workforce issues — scheduling, attendance and time-off management. A lecturer at the master’s level, he teaches strategy and entrepreneurship, and regularly speaks and writes on business and management topics.

On the Evolia blog, Max shares an operator’s perspective on business and human resources management, grounded in field experience rather than theory.
